Shipping Policy
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3-4 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
What are the shipping costs?
To get the shipping cost for an order with one product, scroll down to our shipping rates table and find the product category with your product. You'll see listed products that have the same shipping costs, depending on the location you ship to. Take a look at the First product row—that's the shipping cost for an order containing only one product.
Example: The cost of shipping one t-shirt to the USA is $3.99.
Similar products are items that are grouped together under one shipping category and have the same shipping rates. For example, hoodies and sweatpants, tote bags and fanny packs are all in one category with the same shipping rate.
To calculate the shipping cost for an order with similar products, scroll down to our shipping rates table and find the category with your products. Once you click on it, you'll see listed products that have the same shipping costs, depending on the location you ship to.
Take a look at the First product row—that's the shipping cost for an order containing only one product. Then look at the Additional product row and add that price to the one in the First product row. That's it!
The products that are not grouped together under a category count as different products in terms of shipping prices. For example, hoodies and all-over print leggings, tote bags and backpacks are in different categories with different pricing.
To calculate the shipping cost for an order with different products, scroll down to our shipping rates table and find both categories with your products. See which of your products has the highest shipping cost in the First product row and use that as a base. Then, to cover the second product, add that product's Additional product price. That's it!
Example: To get the shipping cost for an order with a hoodie and an apron, see whichever one has the highest shipping cost in the First product row. Worldwide shipping for a hoodie is $9.99 and $2 for each additional product, and for an apron, it's $5.99 and $1.25 for each additional product. The highest price for the First product in this example would be the hoodie's, so you should use that and add the apron's Additional product shipping cost to cover it. All together, shipping an apron and a hoodie would cost $11.24 in this example.
Example: The cost for shipping one t-shirt to the USA is $3.99 which is the price in the First product row. Then if an order has 2 t-shirts, the shipping for the second t-shirt will cost $1.25 which is the price in the Additional product row. All together the cost for shipping two t-shirts to the USA is $5.24.
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences. These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, visors.
To calculate the shipping cost for orders with products that ship separately, you'll have to add the shipping price from the First product row of both products.
Example: To get the shipping cost for an order with a hoodie and a mug, add the shipping price from the First product row of both products. Worldwide shipping for a hoodie is $9.99 and $2 for each additional product, and for a mug, it's $8.99 and $4 for each additional product. The shipping cost of an order with a hoodie and a mug would add up to be $18.98 in this example.

Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5pm EST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.
International Shipping Disclaimer
International customers must pay ALL applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges as determined and varies by government and country. We are unable to and cannot provide you with the total cost of these potential charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse and/or return your order, no charges and fees will be refunded.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at CJ@ConcreteJungleClothing.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
